This means that all the properties in Phase I have been sold as individual investors are heeding the call for promising investments in a country that continues to receive accolades and push forward with its economy.
Nicaragua Still On The Rise
In fact, the World Bank recently cited Nicaragua as one of the top performers in its 2012 Doing Business Report, a key reference tool for investors assessing where to invest or do business around the world. And the International Monetary Fund (IMF) announced in October that Nicaragua’s economy is projected to grow by 4% in 2011, pushing the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to $6.8 billion USD. Along with other upward-trending economic and cultural indicators, this points to the progress and security found within the New Nicaragua for investors ranging from international organizations to adventuresome individuals.
